  • Two (02) recent passport-sized photos on matte paper with a white background (Size: 3.5 x 4.5 cm)
  • Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Certificate for the last 6 months with bank seal (Minimum balance: 80,000 BDT)
  • COVID-19 2nd Dose Vaccine Certificate
  • Company Trade License and Letterhead Pad (for businessmen)
  • Leave Letter or No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  • ID Card (for job holders and students)
  • Two copies of Visiting Card
